Stray Hearts Animal Shelter is seeking a progressive leader to fill the position of Operations Manager.

This position requires a very task oriented individual who enjoys working with animals and is able to facilitate multiple projects while professionally focused on the data to day operations and training of all staff members.  The ideal candidate is certified or has worked with a certified Veterinary Technician, is able to work flexible hours, coordinate staff, volunteers and to supervise in a culturally sensitive environment.
